Amy Danielson is a registered Occupational Therapist, Expert Level John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Therapist, and Certified Life Coach. Throughout my occupational therapy career, I have worked in outpatient therapy with a specialty in pediatric sensory integration and have provided myofascial release therapy across the lifespan; I have consulted with a variety of in-patient and residential mental health settings, as well as day treatment programs. I have collaborated with complimentary professionals to provide the best, comprehensive care possible for the patients I have had the pleasure of working with. Personally, I have been through some challenging life situations and understand the stress these situations can provide. Becoming certified as a life coach was a natural progression for me. I want to be able to provide a valuable service to individuals who do not need the therapeutic intervention of a “therapistâ€, however, need assistance working through challenging situations.

This process promotes conversation surrounding difficult topics and identifying steps to achieve desired goals.
